My family loves shrimp. For about as long as I can remember, anytime we were grilling out with my parents, Mikey would always make them a version of this grilled shrimp recipe. And, now that I have my low carb cocktail sauce recipe, that is a-okay with me!

Do you love Shrimp Cocktail Sauce but need to cut the carbs? Our Low Carb Shrimp Cocktail Sauce is so easy to make and enjoy without all the sugar you find in store-bought cocktail sauce.

This dish can be an amazing appetizer or delicious main dish. You could even use it to make the shrimp for a pretty yummy grilled Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich.

This recipe is very versatile. If you want to add some spices, go right ahead! Cajun spices are especially yummy if you can take the heat. We have used Slap Your Mama Seasoning for a kick in the past.

  • Grill shrimp for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through and pink.

    We found the shrimp was too salty for our taste so will definitely leave out the seasoned salt & just use Old Bay.

    I make this often with peeled and deveined, tail off shrimp. Make it outside and no smell in the house.

  3. I don’t have a Ninja Foodi but I have a PowerXL smokeless grill (it’s an inside grill). Do you think that would work? Can’t afford a Ninja at this time but would love to try this.

      We haven’t tried this on a PowerXL smokeless grill, but think it should work. However, the cooking times may vary. Make sure you watch it closely the first time you make it so you can adjust the cooking time as needed. Enjoy!
