How to Make a Baked Potato in a Ninja Foodi Electric Pressure Cooker
Aunt Lou here.
My little girl loves a baked potato. The other day, she was asking, yet again, if I would make her a baked potato. I knew the Ninja Foodi I had just ordered would be arriving soon, so I told her to hang on for a couple days. This Ninja Foodi Baked Potato recipe is the very first recipe I made in it! I can’t wait to try out many more recipes with my new toy.
Potatoes come in all sizes, so I thought I would go into detail about what I used. The first time I tried this out, I put in three russet potatoes that were about 8 ounces each. They fit well on my rack without being overcrowded. The second time I tried it, I used just one potato while using the same time and temperature. The timing in the recipe worked well for both.
You will want to use potatoes that are similar in size so all your potatoes can be done at the same time. If you are using smaller potatoes, you will want to take a minute or two off the timing. However, if you are using an extremely large potato, I would advise adding a minute or two.
