How to Make BBQ Chicken Bites in a Ninja Foodi Using the Air Crisp Feature

Oh my word folks! These Ninja Foodi BBQ Chicken Bites are so good! They are great as a quick and easy main. Or you could use these delicious little morsels on a salad, in a wrap, on a bed of rice and more! I have a feeling that I will be coming up with many different ways to use this recipe very soon. It is just so easy to make and tastes so great that I see this becoming one of my go-to recipes from here on out. When I am stressed and have no idea what is for dinner, this is one of the recipes that I am going to rely on. I hope it helps you out too!

What You Will Need for Ninja Foodi BBQ Chicken Bites (Air Fryer Recipe)
Ingredients Needed
- 1.25 lbs chicken tenders
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons your favorite bbq seasoning, plus a little more, if desired
- Cooking spray
Equipment Needed
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- 1 gallon baggie
- Measuring spoons
- Tongs
- 6.5 Quart Ninja Foodi or 7 Quart Air Fryer
- Meat thermometer
- Plate
- Aluminum foil
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 to 7 minutes
- Cooking Time: 4 minutes at 390 degrees, toss your chicken bites and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, toss your chicken bites again and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, if the internal temperature has not reached at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit, toss your chicken bites again and air for an additional 2 minutes
- Rest Time: Leave the Ninja Foodi or Air Fryer closed for 2 minutes before serving

Ninja Foodi BBQ Chicken Bites (Air Fryer Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs Chicken Tenders cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons your favorite bbq seasoning plus a little more if desired
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your 6.5 or 7 quart air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
- While your air fryer is preheating, cut 1.25 lbs Chicken Tenders into bite size pieces, place chicken bites in a gallon size baggie, pour in 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, close baggie and gently shake the chicken bites until all of them are coated.
- Open the baggie, sprinkle in 2 tablespoons your favorite bbq seasoning, close baggie, and gently shake until the chicken bites are well coated.
- Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket or air crisp plate with Cooking spray and pour in all of your chicken bites. If desired, sprinkle with extra bbq seasoning. (This totally depends on your personal preference.)
- Air fry for 4 minutes at 390 degrees, toss your chicken bites and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, toss your chicken bites again and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, if the internal temperature has not reached at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit, toss your chicken bites again and air for an additional 2 minutes.
- Leave your Ninja Foodi or Air Fryer closed for two minutes before serving.
