Every year I look forward to when Gooseberry Patch puts out their fall and Christmas cookbooks. I love them. They are a part of preparing to bring in a new season. So, I am always excited to get my copy… so it should shock you that I loved this cookbook.

But.

I have an unusual excitement about this year’s books.

Why?

Both the fall and Christmas books are dedicated to… drum roll please….

  11. It would have to be the Spanish Rice. Every time we have a taco potluck at work I am asked to make rice…but I am never happy with the way it turns out.

    They are all ones I will try But the first is the Chicken Dinner. Every one is great for a single person, there will be delicious leftover for more meals.
