How to Make Apple BBQ Pork Sandwiches for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

If you are looking for a quick recipe for a busy night, this Apple BBQ Crock Pot Pork Sandwiches for Two recipe is for you! All you have to do is dump in the ingredients and let the crock pot do the work. If you cook it on high, you will have a delicious sandwich ready to go in just over an hour.

When cooking this recipe, you have the choice of cooking it on high or on low. If you cook it on high, like I did, then you will just quickly chop up the pork chops and add them back into the sauce in the crock pot. However, if you cook it on low, you can either shred the pork chops with two forks or chop them up with a knife. Cooking on low for a longer time generally gives you a more tender result. Either way you cook this recipe, you are sure to have an incredible sandwich to eat.
