How to Make Cheese Lover Mac n Cheese in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
If you are looking for an incredibly cheesy and delicious, this Cheese Lover Crock Pot Mac n Cheese is for you! I based this off of a recipe I made that used shells instead of macaroni. A few other differences are that I cut the recipe in half, used a little more milk and used the double broiler method to cook it. This way you can make it for a meal at home and not have way too many leftovers.
When making this recipe, I used generic cheeses to keep the cost down. I have tried this with Great Value and Kroger brands, because they are what is available in my area. They have worked really well while saving me some money compared to name brand cheeses.
(If you would rather make this recipe with shells and have more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
