  • Mix together all of your ingredients, except for your mozzarella, in a large bowl. 
  • Spread your mixture into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle your cheese evenly across the top.
  • Place your baking dish in your oven for 15 minutes, until your cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Family loved it! I used one can of diced tomatoes & 1 can of fire roasted chili style tomatoes ,both drained, as that was what I had in pantry. With casseroles my family likes the veggies in it so I added drained can of corn and green beans as I had one each. The mozzarella cheese made it super melting goodness on top. Thank you for a great family casserole.
