So when I saw the original recipe in Gooseberry Patch’s 303 ‘Round the Clock Recipes, I couldn’t wait to adapt it to become this Crock Pot Chili Mac Casserole! Yum!

Do you use chili with or without beans?
Aunt Lou says
You can use whichever you want. I have tried it with both and enjoyed it both ways. Enjoy!

I HAVE PRINTED AND TRIED SEVERAL RECIPES THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE A SLOW COOKER AND THE RECIPES ALWAYS SAY COOK FOR 4 HOURS ON HIGH OR 2 ON LOW. I WORK 10 HOURS AND DO NOT HAVE TIME TO COOK WHEN I GET HOME. I AM LOOKING FOR SLOW COOKER RECIPES THAT I CAN PUT IN WHEN I LEAVE IN THE MORNING AND WILL BE READY (NOT OVERCOOKED) WHEN I GET HOME SO I CAN EAT AND START MY SECOND JOB. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Aunt Lou says
