How to Make Creamy Meatball Tortellini in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Creamy Crock Pot Meatball Tortellini is truly one of the easiest and tastiest recipes I have ever made. The sauce is super easy to make, and tastes great with the tortellini and meatballs. It is so good that I my son was still talking about it the next morning. I think this may be a meal he asks for again and again. With how easy it is to make, I will be happy to cook it.

When you are prepping for this recipe, your meatballs need to be thawed, but your tortellini does not. If you plan ahead (which I usually forget to do), you can thaw the meatballs in the refrigerator overnight. However, if you want to make it, and your meatballs are frozen, you can use the defrost setting on your microwave and thaw them in a large microwave safe bowl.
