How to Make Cheeseburger Tortellini in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I am a big fan of easy recipes that my family and I enjoy. This Crock Pot Cheeseburger Tortellini definitely meets those requirements. I can throw it together in 15 minutes or less, and it cooks up perfectly in about an hour and a half in my slow cookers that cook a little hot. It is really important to stir it halfway through the cooking time. This makes it so your tortellini cooks evenly since the middle of the crock pot insert will not be as hot as the edges.
This recipe was a hit at my house. Even my picky eater said that it was “creamy goodness.” My oldest said that he loved the flavor and the little kick that the chilies added. If you are sensitive to spicy foods, don’t worry. I am too, and I enjoyed this recipe. It is just all-around good comfort food.
