How to Make Meatball Tortellini Casserole in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We just got home from vacation. While I love vacations, life always feels a little extra chaotic when we return and try to get back into our normal routine. That means I don’t have the time or energy to be in the kitchen for very long, but I still need to feed my family. So, when planning out what recipes to create for you, our dear readers, I always try to put super easy ones for the week after we return. This one is definitely easy, and it has a cooking time of an hour and a half to two hours, so that means I can put it on later in the day and still have a delicious dinner for everyone. Win, win!
This recipe is based off of a recipe Cris did a while back with meatballs and ravioli. (You can find that recipe here.) We love tortellini and meatballs and pizza sauce and cheese in this house, so it just made sense to give tortellini a try in this recipe. I tweaked it a little for our family’s preferences, and we loved it! I hope you and your loved ones enjoy it just as much as we do!
