Aunt Lou here.

I was talking with Cris about new recipes, and she mentioned this yummy Tuscan Pork Roast over on Goodeness Gracious. While it looked delicious, I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the ingredients since our local Jay-C store closed. ๐Ÿ™ However, it gave me an idea! This Creamy Ranch Crock Pot Pork Loin is so simple and absolutely delicious! You are gonna love it!

How to Make Creamy Ranch Pork Loin in a Crock Pot

Slice your loin longways in about a third of a way down but not all the way through. Lay the cut side flat. Then cut the remaining  2/3 part in the middle but not all the way through and lay flat. Clear as mud? Check out this video if you still aren’t sure how to cut your loin. Mix together your cream cheese and ranch dressing mix and spread on your laid flat loin. Roll up your pork loin and tie with kitchen twine. Place your loin in your 6-quart crock pot, cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Remove the kitchen twine, slice and serve.

Creamy Ranch Crock Pot Pork Loin Notes

  • Michael got a killer deal on some tenderloins ($1/lb!!!), so I used a tenderloin. You can use a tenderloin or a loin, whatever floats your boat!
  • As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
