How to Make Beef Cheddar Sliders for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Everyone loves the amazing sliders that are brought to potlucks. If you want to have them at home but don’t want a bunch of leftovers, now you can do that with these Crock Pot Beef Cheddar Sliders for Two.
When you put these sliders in the broiler to crisp up the tops, please do not take your eyes off them. They do not have to be in the broiler long. I know from experience that looking away for as little as 20 seconds can take the tops from not quite there to blackened. However, if you watch them while they are in the broiler, the perfect golden tops are easy to achieve.

- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly.
