How to Make Beef Tips and Gravy in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Cris made the original version of this Crock Pot Beef Tips and Gravy years ago. I thought I would give it a try and put my own spin on it. The results were delicious. We loved the tangy flavor of the gravy and how it melded with the fall apart tender beef. When that is paired with a bed of your favorite mashed potatoes, the combination is just incredible.
