How to Make Beefy Tomato Mac Casserole for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Crock Pot Beefy Tomato Mach Casserole for Two recipe is adapted from one of Michael’s favorite childhood recipes that was frequently served at potlucks. You know that it is good, if it is a frequent dish at potlucks that is completely eaten. I understand why it was at a bunch of potlucks. It tastes great, and it is super easy to put together. That’s a win, win in my book, so I figured I should convert it into a two serving recipe. That way more people can enjoy this delightful recipe.

(If this sounds like something you would like to make, but you need more than two servings, you can find the original recipe with four servings here.)
