How to Make Chicken Alfredo Penne for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I have picked yet another of my favorite recipe to convert into a two serving recipe, and now you have this delicious Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Penne for Two recipe to try out. Yes, the pasta is cooked al dente before being put in the crock pot, but this helps to keep the cooking time short and make sure your pasta is all cooked evenly with only stirring once or twice. Trust me, that extra step is worth it for this amazing comfort food dish.

(If this recipe sounds like something you would love to make, but you need more than two servings, you can find the original recipe that serves six to eight servings here.)
