How to Make Flavorful Pork Roast in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

Can you slice and onion? Can you measure and mix ingredients together? Then you can definitely make this Flavorful Crock Pot Pork Roast. I know the ingredient list looks a little long, compared to some of other recipes, but trust me. This is super easy to throw together, and the results are a tender, flavorful roast.

When cooking a pork loin roast, I prefer to cook it on low. Pork loins are not as tender as a pork tenderloin, and I have found that cooking on low for a longer time is the way to go. By cooking it on low, you will have a juicy, tender, but sliceable, roast to serve. (Psst…if you want a sliceable pork roast, make sure you follow my tips for a sliceable pork roast in the recipe card.)
