Do you ever get into a rut with your side dishes? We sure do! So when I was trying to think up something different, Cris’ Parsley Potatoes came to mind. I wanted to use the same beginning steps, but try it with my own flavoring! So now you have Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Potatoes to enjoy!
Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients for Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
- 4-6 red potatoes (enough to cover the bottom of your 6-quart slow cooker)
- water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper to taste (I used Kosher salt)
How to Make Garlic Parmesan Potatoes in a Crock Pot
- Clean potatoes, cut into large pieces and place in slow cooker. (I used Cera, my 6 Quart Crock Pot with Ceramic Coated Pot.)
- Cover with water.
- Cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours.
- Drain.
- Mix all ingredients except salt and Parmesan and drizzle over potatoes.
- Toss to coat and sprinkle with salt and Parmesan.

- You could also use baby potatoes in this recipe if you prefer.

this looks get for Thanksgiving, but I need to make this for 16 people. I copied the recipe for 16, but will it fit in a 6 quart crock pot.

You might need to make them in two different crock pots or two batches. I’m not sure it will all fit in a 6-quart. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!
