You know me, I like an easy recipe. Having a whole slew of recipes in my arsenal for one of “those days” is a must. Be it a chaotic schedule, sickness, life changes…you name it…you need a recipe that you don’t have to worry about. How to Make Honey Lime Chicken in a Crock Pot
Do you have 5 minutes? Then you can throw together this wonderful recipe. Place your chicken in the bottom of a slightly greased 4-quart oval slow cooker. Mix together your remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, and spoon over your chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Serve with cooking juices for added flavor.

- I wasn’t sure if the kids would like this since it is different. Ryder was over the moon about this. Anytime we were trying to figure out what leftovers we were going to eat, he was putting dibs on this chicken. Also, Michael cut up some of the leftovers and used them to make a chicken quesadilla…SO good!

Crock Pot Honey Lime Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 lime zest and juice only
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place your chicken in the bottom of a slightly greased 4-quart oval slow cooker
