Aunt Lou here.

We had quite a few snow days in a row recently and Ryder was getting a bit of cabin fever. Making this Crock Pot Honey Nut Snack Mix from Gooseberry Patch’s Weeknight Dinners was the perfect activity to have a little fun together. This is also a great snack mix to send to lunch with your kids if they are in a peanut-free school because it uses pecans instead of peanuts! We loved munching on it here and will definitely be bringing it to our next get-together.
