How to Make Lemon Pepper Chicken for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Crock Pot Lemon Pepper Chicken for Two might be the easiest recipe you make this week. The lemon pepper seasoning is the star of this recipe and what gives the chicken such a rich and delicious flavor. With only two ingredients in this recipe, you may have everything you need to make it in your home already!

With a half pound of chicken plus seasonings being the only things in the crock pot, you will want to use a smaller crock pot. If you only have a large slow cooker, you can put an inch or so of water in the bottom of insert, place your ingredients in a bowl that will fit inside your insert and place the bowl in the insert before putting the lid on. This double broiler method is a great way to make smaller recipes in a large crock pot.

This chicken is great served on its own with some of your favorite side dishes. You can also shred the chicken and serve it over a bed of rice. If you have some other ideas for how this recipe can be served, I would love to hear them in the comments below.

(If you think this recipe sounds delicious but need more than two servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
