Do you love a good ol’ loaded baked potato? Then you don’t want to miss this recipe. It is so yummy! And I love how the flavors all fuse together in the crock pot and into the potatoes as they cook!

What You Will Need
Ingredients Needed
- 4 potatoes, cubed small
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened and sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, half of an 8 oz block, softened
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 pieces of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Equipment Needed
- Potato peeler (You will need this if you are like me and unable to peel a potato with a knife without butchering it. If you are like Momma and can peel a potato with a knife like a pro, then you will not need this.)
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Small bowl
- Fork (for combining your ingredients in your small bowl)
- Measuring cups
- Garlic press
- Skillet, griddle or microwavable bacon rack
- 4 quart slow cooker
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 5 to 6 hours on low or 2.5 to 3 hours on high

Crock Pot Loaded Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium Russet Potatoes cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Butter softened and sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese half of an 8 oz block, softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 pieces bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
Instructions
- Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 4 quart slow cooker
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, butter and garlic with a fork until well combined
- Pour chicken broth over potatoes
- Spread cream cheese mixture over potatoes
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Top with crumbled bacon
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours
