A few weeks ago I shared with you guys one of our favorite ways to serve up broccoli, with our Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli Recipe. Today’s recipe takes that delicious side up a decadent notch. Since we typically eat low carb in this house, our Low Carb Loaded Roasted Broccoli is a simple substitute for a loaded baked potato.

- We used our Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli Recipe to roast our broccoli in our air fryer. You can roast your broccoli however you typically like to roast it (in the oven or on the grill) if you would prefer not to use an air fryer.

Low Carb Loaded Roasted Broccoli Recipe

Low Carb Loaded Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 12 oz Roasted Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices crisp bacon crumbled
- 1 green onion chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Spoon roasted broccoli into serving plates.
- Top with cheese, bacon, sour cream and optional green onions.

This is such a great low carb alternative to a loaded baked potato!
I watched your video roasting the broccoli in the Air Fryer and then y’all took it up a notch and started loading it up…OMG…I wanted me a bowl of that right then!! That was just some GOODe eating right there!!
