This sounds amazing and I would love to try it in my instant pot instead of as a slow cooker recipe. I made your instant pot roast last night, and it was so delicious and came out perfectly. I’m thinking I would cook this at about half the time as that because the pork will already be cut up. Thoughts?
Hi Lisa!
We like to test all our conversions from slow cooker to IP before recommending any cooking time, because we find that they sometimes need a bit of tinkering. But if you try it, let us know how it goes!
Enjoy!
