These Crock Pot Savory Pork Cutlets are not only savory, they are tender and SO easy!

Aunt Lou here.

So I have a recipe that haunts me. It was SOOO good that I think about it…a lot. But you see, I can’t keep making recipes for ya’ll to try AND make the same recipe over and over. So, I sigh and dream a bit about my favorite recipe and enjoy the next delicious meal I’ve prepared. What is this recipe your ask? Steak. With. Gravy. (If you haven’t tried it yet, put it in your meal plan right now!)

So while thinking what we would have this week, I thought again about my favorite and while I couldn’t remember the exact recipe, I knew that it had onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Well, Michael had ran across a great sale on meat, so we had 6 pork cutlets in the freezer. To me, they were just screaming to be cooked with this yummy gravy. I didn’t look at the other recipe, but decided to wing it myself. These Crock Pot Savory Pork Cutlets are very similar, but making it my way makes a lot more gravy…which can you really ever have too much gravy?

I made this tonight for dinner with spaetzle and it was a big hit. The gravy is very tasty and the pork was fork tender. My wife said it was one of her top three favorite meals. We love so many of the recipes you guys put out, thanks.

A new family and Mother in Law approved favorite! So simple, yet flavorful. Crock Pot dishes are not always a success, but this one hits it out of the park for me. A word of caution though to those considering making this dish, as they cook, the pork cutlets will reduce in size. Six cutlets was enough to serve three people.

      Hi Elizabeth!

I’m so glad you guys enjoyed this recipe! I’m sorry your cutlets reduced in size. Ours stayed a pretty good size, but that is a good thing for people to be aware can happen. Thanks for sharing!

      Hi Barbara!

I think this would work just fine in your Casserole Crock. (They are awesome aren’t they!) Just watch your cooking time the first time since it will be more spread out. Enjoy!
