This Crock Pot Sweet Salty Party Mix is so good that I am going to give you a warning. Once you start eating it, it is really hard to stop. The sugars and the salt coating the pretzels, cereal and cashews is just a dynamite combination. Truly, this stuff is amazing.
With how easy this snack mix is to make, it is perfect for when you need to have a snack or dessert for a group of people, whether it is at your home or a potluck or game day somewhere else. You could also put this into smaller airtight containers to have ready to go snacks all week long! Whatever you decide to do with it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

What You Will Need for Crock Pot Sweet Salty Party Mix
Ingredients Needed
- 16 oz bag pretzel sticks
- 4 cups corn Chex cereal
- 4 cups salted cashews
- 1 cup butter, sliced
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Equipment Needed
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoon
- Butter knife
- Cutting board
- Small saucepan
- Stirring spatula
- 6 Quart Slow Cooker or 8 Quart Slow Cooker
- Parchment paper
- Extra large airtight container or multiple smaller airtight containers
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 2 to 3 hours on high, with the lid off, stirring gently every 20-30 minutes
- Cooling Time: 15 minutes

Crock Pot Sweet Salty Party Mix
Ingredients
- 16 oz Pretzel Sticks
- 4 Cups Corn Chex
- 4 Cups Salted Cashews
- 1 Cup Butter sliced
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar packed
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
- Melt 1 Cup Butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in 1 Cup Powdered Sugar, 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar(packed) and 2 teaspoons Cinnamon until well blended.
- In a 6 quart or 8 quart slow cooker, combine 16 oz Pretzel Sticks, 4 Cups Corn Chex and 4 Cups Salted Cashews and drizzle with sugar sauce.
- Gently toss/stir the dry ingredients until they are evenly coated with the sugar sauce.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours with the lid off, stirring carefully ever 20-30 minutes. Cook until glazed.
- Spread mixture on parchment paper until cooled. Store in an airtight container.
