How to Make Tangy Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I love a quick and easy to make recipe, especially when it tastes great! These Crock Pot Tangy Pork Chops recipe checks off all the boxes! The way the flavors of the delicious, tangy ingredients come together is incredible. Mikey is much better at describing flavors than I am, but I can tell you that it is tangy but not overpoweringly tangy. Make sense? This recipe is also great, because it does not take long to put together at all. I think that it took me longer to get out and put up all the ingredients than it did for me to put the ingredients together. I love a recipe that is as easy as that.

You may have noticed that I have been on a rice kick lately. These pork chops and the cooking juices are great over rice. However, they are also good enough to stand alone as the main dish on your dinner table. Whatever way you serve this, I hope you and your loved ones enjoy it as much as we do!
