How to Make Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
So, Mikey came to me with the idea for this recipe and told me to figure out a way to make these roll ups in the crock pot. Challenge accepted. And boy did these Crock Pot Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups deliver! They are so yummy!
Now, I do need to note that both Mikey and my Michael said that I goofed up. The boys said that I should have served these up with gravy drizzled on top of them. My thought was that having gravy in the dressing would give you the yummy flavor while keeping these roll ups totally portable. Silly me. lol However, if you are thinking like Mikey and Michael and want to pour some yummy gravy over these delicious roll ups, go for it!
These roll ups really do taste like Thanksgiving in a roll up. So, if you are craving the tastes of Thanksgiving in the middle of the year and don’t want to go to the effort of making a whole turkey, this recipe has you covered. These would also be a fun holiday appetizer or for the main dish at lunch!
