Aunt Lou here.
If you are looking for some fancy, schmancy recipe, this recipe is not for you. If you are looking for a simple, yet delicious comfort food recipe, keep reading! You can make this recipe as I did with just 2 pork cutlets OR you can bump up the number of cutlets to fit your needs. There is plenty of amazing gravy (psst…the gravy is awesome over the meat and some mashed potatoes), but if you need to feed 5+ people, you might want to add another can of cream of mushroom soup. You can just play it by ear and how much gravy you want. Up to you! Besides the awesome gravy, this is a great way to take a the not-so-tender pork cutlet and make it incredibly tender!

How to Make Easy Pork Cutlets in a Crock Pot
This is crazy easy folks. Place your pork cutlets in the bottom of your 2.5 quart crock pot. Pour your soup over the top of your meat. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve your cutlets covered with gravy.
Easy Crock Pot Pork Cutlets Notes
- If you want to make a couple more cutlets, just throw them in, there should be plenty of gravy. Just watch them at the end to see if you need to add more time. If you want more than 4 cutlets, you’ll want to bump up the size of your slow cooker and watch them closely toward the end to see if the time needs adjusted.
- I highly recommend whipping up some mashed potatoes to go with these yummy, tender cutlets. The delicious gravy is wonderful over some mashed potatoes!
- As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
- All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
