Instant Pot Stuffed Pepper Soup Recipe
Instant Pot Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup onion diced
- 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with Roasted Garlic and Onions
- 2 cup green peppers and/or red peppers chopped
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 3 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Brown your beef with your onion in your 6-quart instant pot.
- Add your tomatoes (juice and all) and the rest of your ingredients, except your cooked rice.
- Seal and cook on manual high pressure (with keep warm turned off) for 10 minutes.
- Natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
- Stir in your cooked rice and serve.
