How to Make S’mores for Two in a Ninja Foodi Using the Air Crisp Feature

These Ninja Foodi S’mores for Two are the perfect dessert or treat when you want something sweet but do not have a ton of time to spare. They can be prepared in less than 10 minutes and provide you with the same crunchy, gooey and melty treat you would have if you were sitting around a campfire.

When roasting marshmallows in an air fryer, they tend to move around a bit. Do not worry at all. That is perfectly normal and is not a problem. That is where the heat protective gloves for cooking come in handy. No matter where your marshmallow rolls to, you can grab it and safely put it on your graham cracker half topped with chocolate.

In order to use my time efficiently, I start my Ninja Foodi or Air Fryer preheating and gather all the ingredients. Then, while the marshmallows are in the air fryer, I get the graham crackers and chocolate ready. That way I can easily finish assembling the s’mores as soon as the marshmallows are ready!

    Ingredients

    • 2 marshmallows divided
    • 1.55 oz chocolate bar divided
    • 2 graham crackers divided

    Instructions

    • Put your air fryer basket or air crisp trivet in the insert.
    • If you have an air fryer liner, place it in basket/trivet/insert and place 2 marshmallows on top.
    • Air fry/crisp for 3 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Break 1.55 oz chocolate bar and 2 graham crackers in half.
    • Place half of a chocolate bar on top of half of a graham cracker.
    • Using heat protective gloves, carefully place one marshmallow on top of the chocolate bar and place the second half of the graham cracker on top.
    • Repeat for remaining chocolate half, graham cracker halves and marshmallow and enjoy!
