This Poor Manโ€™s Crock Pot Beef Manhattan is a tasty twist on a regular Beef Manhattan. It is incredibly easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef browned and drained
  • 2 oz gravy mix (2 – 1 oz packets)
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 6 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  • Mix together your gravy mix and water
  • Combine your gravy with your ground beef until all your beef is evenly coated
  • Evenly spread your ground beef mixture across the bottom of a lightly greased 6-quart slow cooker
  • Spoon your mashed potatoes evenly across the top of your beef
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2 hours

      I haven’t ever tried it with cold but think it might work. I usually just make up some mashed potatoes as part of my recipe prep. If you give it a try with cold mashed potatoes, let me know how it goes!
