I have an unusual excitement about this year’s books.

Being from the South, I’d have to give the Mac & Cheese a try….nothing beats lots of cheese and noodles….add a glass of iced tea to that, and it’s all good~
Oh well, since I can’t pick the one-pot crock pot chicken, I pick the spanish rice (but I will add diced smoked ham).
spinach artichoke dip sounds like just the thing when I’m sitting around with friends sharing girl talk and recipes!
I want to try the spinach artichoke dip!
My grandsons are always asking for mac and cheese, so that would have to be the first one!
Mac and cheese and the Spanish rice for sure.
cheesy mac and cheese would be a hit in my house.
Well, since I live in the south, I would love to do the extra cheesy mac n cheese. Yummy good.

I would like to try the Mac and cheese, but they all sound so good.
I would love to try them all, but I think I’ll start with Spanish Rice
The chicken dinner. I am in a wheelchair and find cooking from scratch almost impossible. With a crockpot recipe my Personal Care Assistant or a friend could put it all together, turn on the crockpot and later that day I could eat when I got hungry.
I want to try them all!!!
