And for a certain gal I know that runs a website dedicated entirely to ways to crock the pot, these books are like little treasure troves of fantastic recipes to keep me crockin’ for months!

You made this a most difficult choice, but I’m going to go with the Spinach Artichoke Dip. If I win the book, I’d cook up a batch of it to share with my daughter while we plan a month of menus using this fabulous book. Thanks for giving us a chance. We live in Maine and our crock cooking gets us through the cold days. We recently discovered how to wake up to hot and creamy apple/cinnamon oatmeal in the crock pot so you might say we are looking forward to fall.
