My favorite summer recipe for the crock pot is meatballs in sauce, so versatile. Grinders, on pasta with a salad, teriyaki, garlic parmesan, tomato sauce. Yum, just about anyway you do them they can be added to any side and make a meal.

  2. Terry McAllister says:

My favorite recipe would be the Crockpot Corn on the Cob. We all know how boiling water or going out in the heat to grill can be in the summertime. With this recipe, I can have the corn in one crockpot, (especially if you add chili powder, lime juice, and cilantro), and put steak tacos in another crockpot. Dinner is done without heating up the house!

Thank you so much for continuing to give us innovative and delicious recipes!

  3. Judy Fitzcharles says:

Favorite summer recipe is grilled romaine, shredded parm, balsamic vinegar drizzle with a well-done sirloin steak. For the slow cooker, it is anything I crave – usually my take on a casserole – that I do not want to bake in the oven.
