    I like to grill chicken thighs in a teriyaki sauce and then we either have them on a salad or with a side dish.

  8. My family enjoys BBQ chicken and roasted vegetables. I use the crock pot or Foodi Grill for the chicken and air fryer for the vegies.

  9. My husband and I love taco salad. It’s a great meal with all the salad fixings, meat, and beans. I’ve had the recipe a long time. Filling meal, but good on a hot day.

    I love the corn on the cob in a crockpot! In the summertime itโ€™s corn on the cob, new potatoes and sliced tomatoes from the garden, okra and squash also. And the home style pork chops are amazing! Itโ€™s the perfect meal in the summer!

    For gatherings with my family, sometimes its nice to throw a pork butt in the crockpot. That way no one has to stand over a hot grill in 90 degree weather. I buy a few different sauces so people can pick their own.

    My favorite summer menu is grilled burgers with corn on the cob, baked beans, strawberry shortcake and peach or strawberry wine slushies or margaritas.
