Our Weekly Crock Pot Meal Plan: Week 2

Now how about that meal plan?

Each week our meal plans will include a breakfast, a dessert and then full meals for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. That is because we test recipes on the weekends so they aren’t ready to share yet…  and then we always have leftovers on Wednesday because otherwise it is way too much food for our family.  Feel free to pick and choose from what we are eating this week to build your own meal plans.

Monday

Monday we will be having a BIG TIME family favorite– Crock Pot Mississippi Chicken Thighs and Slow Cooker Parsley Potatoes.

Tuesday

Tuesday we are celebrating Taco Tuesday with our Crock Pot Steak Tacos and Slow Cooker Spanish Rice.

Wednesday

Wednesday is leftover day at our house. We totally need a day in the week to make sure we don’t waste food. If your family needs a new recipe for this day of the week, I highly recommend trying our Crock Pot Best Beef Stew.

Thursday

Thursday’s soup is my personal favorite– Crock Pot Chile Verde Soup (with Salad)

Friday

Friday we are going to enjoy a new family favorite– these Crock Pot Sloppy Joe Cheeseburgers (sooo good!) and Crock Pot Baked Potatoes.

Weekends

We take the weekends off from regular cooking. We usually go out to lunch for family time and the rest of the weekend we test recipes to share with you in future posts ;).

Breakfast

Breakfast this week is so yummy I cannot wait for you to try it: Crock Pot Blueberry Breakfast Casserole

Dessert

Crock Pot Chocolate Lava Cake is my most requested dessert when I bring something sweet over to dinner with friends.

      Thanks for these meal plans! My family doesn’t eat pork, so do you think the chile verde soup would work with chicken instead?
