Our Weekly Crock Pot Meal Plan: Week 1
Now how about that meal plan?
Each week our meal plans will include a breakfast, a dessert and then full meals for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. That is because we test recipes on the weekends so they aren’t ready to share yet… and then we always have leftovers on Wednesday because otherwise it is way too much food for our family. Feel free to pick and choose from what we are eating this week to build your own meal plans.

Or, pick and choose which recipe to see below.
Monday
Monday we will be having Crock Pot Zuppa Toscana Soup with salad and our Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette (it is SOOO good!).
Tuesday
Tuesday I am doing my final test fun of our new Instant Pot (Electric Pressure Cooker) Spaghetti and Homemade Meatballs. Psst… Non-pressure cooker folks here is the yummy Crock Pot Spaghetti and Homemade Meatballs.
Wednesday
Wednesday is leftover day at our house. We totally need a day in the week to make sure we don’t waste food. If your family needs a new recipe for this day of the week, I highly recommend trying Aunt Lou’s Slow Cooker Cheddar Meatloaf and Crock Pot Creamy Mashed Potatoes.
Thursday
Thursday’s meal is one of our menu staples. We LOVE Crock Pot Tex Mex Tacos… especially when Mom makes her Homemade Guacamole as a special treat!
Friday
Friday we are grilling up chicken thighs with steak seasoning, but if you want to try a new recipe, we also LOVE this Grilled Lemon Chicken. We are also crockin’ up these Slow Cooker Sweet Potatoes.
Weekends
We take the weekends off from regular cooking. We usually go out to lunch for family time and the rest of the weekend we test recipes to share with you in future posts ;).
Breakfast
Breakfast this week is a family favorite — especially when the weather turns cooler– Crock Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.
Dessert
Readers love this Crock Pot Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake and we do too!

I love your info. Wondering where you purchased your menu blackboard?? Would love the Ninja!!
Hi Kathy- I got it on Amazon ages ago… they don’t sell it anymore. If I ever come across something similar, I will definitely let you know.
Your video was fun. I enjoyed the week of meals chalkboard rundown. Will be trying some. Nice to put faces to names. Look forward to next weeks edition.
Aw thanks so much Vicki!
I loved the video. It was nice to be able to put voices and personalities with the yummy recipes. My only request is that if you are going to be showing off new purchased items, that you describe them as well. I am visually impaired, so I can’t see what you are showing on the screen. However, being blind, I find your recipes easy to use, and enjoyable to serve to my friends and family. Thanks so much for taking on this project. (warm hug)
Barb from Canada, and Lilac (my working guide dog)
Hi Barb!
So glad you are enjoying the show. We will try to remember to describe things as much as we can. (hi Lilac!)
Thank you so much for doing the weekly menus xx. After 6 yrs of being a stay at home I have returned to work. I bake and cook all day at work and lose the will to cook again when I get home. This is right up my alley Thanks again. Love your recipes xx
Hi Dale! So glad you are finding them helpful!
