Our Weekly Crock Pot Meal Plan: Week 13
Now how about that meal plan?
Each week our meal plans will include a breakfast, a dessert and then full meals for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. That is because we test recipes on the weekends so they aren’t ready to share yet… and then we always have leftovers on Wednesday because otherwise it is way too much food for our family. Feel free to pick and choose from what we are eating this week to build your own meal plans.

Or, pick and choose which recipe to see below.
Monday we will be devouring this Insta Pot Mississippi Pot Roast (or you can use your crock pot with this Crock Pot Mississippi Pot Roast recipe) with Crock Pot Parsley Potatoes.
Tuesday we will be having Crock Pot Root Beer Pulled Pork with Slow Cooker Beans and Weenies.
Wednesday is leftover day at our house. We totally need a day in the week to make sure we don’t waste food. If your family needs a new recipe for this day of the week, I highly recommend trying our Crock Pot Sausage Potato Corn Chowder. Yum!
Thursday we will be dining on Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken Rice Casserole with Crock Pot Green Beans.
Friday we will be having our 3 Bean Casserole Crunch.
We take the weekends off from regular cooking. We usually go out to lunch for family time and the rest of the weekend we test recipes to share with you in future posts ;).
For breakfast, we will be having Crock Pot Southwest Breakfast Casserole.
For dessert this week, we will be having Crock Pot Upside Down Blueberry Lemon Cake.

I’ve noticed that a restaurant-style dial thermometer fits into the little round vent hole on more recent slow cooker lids. It allows for checking temps without removing the lid and releasing heat. Whether that’s by design or coincidence, I don’t know. But it works and that’s all I need to know about it.
