How to Make 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
When we were getting ready to go on vacation, I knew I wanted to make something sweet for us to have in the truck, and peanut butter cookies sounded perfect. However, life is crazy when getting ready for a trip, so I knew I needed a simple recipe. This 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies recipe just might be the easiest cookies I have ever made. What is even better is everyone’s response. When I told Michael the recipe, he said, “I can’t believe these are THIS good with such a simple recipe!” My kids and I also loved them. I may or may not have needed to make another batch to take on our trip. They are that good!
