How to Make Chicken Parmigiana in a Slow Cooker
Aunt Lou here.
This delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Parmigiana recipe may look a bit intimidating, but it is actually not as hard as it looks. I used to be terrified of cooking and understand that seeing a long list of ingredients and a long list of instructions can make you feel like the recipe is too hard. I have broke down the instructions to be very easy to follow and very simple, even if you are new to cooking. For me, I find it best to read through the entire recipe once before starting it, and then just go step by step. I hope this helps anyone who might be a little scared of cooking.
(Psst…if you would like to try this recipe with chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs, you can find the version of this recipe with the ingredient amounts and timing for chicken breasts here.)
