Budget Meal Plan

Meal Planning on a Budget

Aunt Lou here.

The money saving tip for Budget Meal Plan: Week 42 is a simple one. We are going to shop the sales at your local grocery store. This is one of the easiest ways to save money. You can use a sale flyer to plan your meal plan, if your local grocery store mails one out, or the app for your favorite grocery store to find sales that are advertised. Another way to find great deals on meat is to just go to the store and see what is marked down in the meat department. What is great is that you can pull up our Recipe Finder while you are in the store and search for recipes that use whatever is on sale in your store. Then you can pick the recipe that best fits your family and have the ingredients you need to buy listed right on your phone.

I, obviously, can’t know what is on sale in your hometown or city. However, I have put together a varied menu for this week that is easy on your budget. My hope is that at least some of these recipes use ingredients that are on sale for you.

With Budget Meal Plan: Week 42, you will be getting the most bang for your grocery buck and feed your family well!
