If you want some help making a meal plan and saving money, I have you covered with this Budget Meal Plan: Week 45.
Meal Planning on a Budget
Aunt Lou here.
There are many ways to save money when you are planning out your weekly menu, but I usually try to focus on one money saving tip each week. For Budget Meal Plan: Week 45, we are going to use recipes that utilize ingredients found in your frozen food section. When you look at the prices of different items in the grocery store, there are quite a few foods in the freezer food section that give you more bang for your buck. A great thing about foods in the freezer section is that there is a wide variety. This week we will have everything from tortellini and meatballs to frozen tilapia to chicken and spinach. Those amazing mains combined with some delicious frozen veggies give you an incredible week of meals!
Budget Meal Plan: Week 45
Monday: Crock Pot Creamed Spinach Chicken with a side of Air Fryer Roasted Green Beans
Tuesday: Leftover Crock Pot Creamed Spinach Chicken and Air Fryer Roasted Green Beans (If you need more servings of your green beans for Tuesday, you can either make a new batch on Tuesday or make two batches on Monday. If reheating leftovers, I would recommend using your air fryer to reheat.)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Meatball Tortellini Casserole with a side of Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli
Thursday: Leftover Crock Pot Meatball Tortellini Casserole and Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli (Again, if you need more servings, you can make a couple batches on Wednesday or a new batch on Thursday. Also, again, I would recommend using your air fryer reheat any leftovers.)
Friday: Crock Pot Garlic Butter Tilapia with a side of Air Fryer Bacon Brussels Sprouts (Ninja Foodi Recipe)
