6 Quick and Easy Crock Pot Recipes from Gooseberry Patch's Busy-Day Slow Cooking!

First up, we triedย Cooking Hot Dogs in Bulkย and LOVED it. We even made a Hot Dog Bar using our 3 Pot Party Slow Cooker and our Chili Cheese Dog Recipe.

Cooking hot dogs in bulk is very easy in a Crock Pot. Learning how to use a slow cooker to steam hot dogs is a great tip for parties and potlucks.

We also tried the Crock Pot Polish Sausage Cabbage Soupย which was unlike any soup we had ever had before! Definitely, a must try for folks that want to try something different.

Crock Pot Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Cakeย was simply decadent. So good.

Crock Pot Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Cake is the perfect chocolate and peanut butter dessert. The result is much like a chocolate lava cake with an added layer of peanut butter chips to make it even more decadent.

Crock Pot Easy Italian Chickenย was a spin on the Italian Pot Roast in the cookbook that we absolutely love. The chicken was amazing as well! Love getting two dish ideas out of this delicious recipe. Both are in our regular menu rotation.

Crock Pot Easy Italian Chicken is a filling, yet simple recipe that has a delicious rich flavor.

Crock Pot Under the Sea Dipย is a fun party recipe for seafood loves. It is a great alternative to some of the typical dips you find at the party table.

Crock Pot Under the Sea Dip is a fantastic slow cooker seafood dip recipe.

Cowboy Beans are always a major favorite here in Arizona.

I think I have seen all of the videos Cris has done (masterfully directed from the back of the camera, I must add). Reminds me of the fun videos Alton Brown use to do on “Good Eats” (very entertaining). I know we have seen all your videos at least once and some multiple times for recipes we are making regularly to get the techniques down (especially the techniques of “How To Burn Yourself on a Crockpot” ;-). I am happy your wife bought you those heat resistant gloves. I use leather glove for my outdoor cast iron Dutch Ovens; saved me a lot of burns.

You have a massive collection of crockpots, wow!! We have only three crockpots (2, 4, and 6 quarts). After watching your videos on the Ninja Crockpot; we are now saving our pennies to buy one. What a great machine, who needs a kitchen with one of these things!

You may not always hear feedback from your fans, but we love you fine folks. Keep up the great work.

    God Bless,

Gosh, it’s really hard to pick just one recipe because I want to cook EVERY AWESOME ONE of them right now! I think I would start with the Polish Sausage Cabbage Soup . . . sounds so comforting and absolutely mouth-wateringly divine! My tummy just keeps repeating “gimme, gimme, gimme” . . .
