How to Make Creamy Smoked Sausage Spaghetti on a Stove Top

Aunt Lou here.

The original Creamy Crock Pot Smoked Sausage Spaghetti recipe is popular with our readers for a reason. The Velveeta (or generic equivalent), broth, soups and seasonings all come together to give you a delicious sauce that goes well with the cooked spaghetti and smoked sausage. We have heard so many positive comments from our readers about how much they love this recipe, and we agree completely! I decided that it was high time to convert this recipe to a stove top recipe so you have more options for how to make it.

If you need this recipe to be done even quicker than the recipe below, there are a couple things you can do. One tip is to cut your cheese into small cubes. That makes it easier for the cheese to melt. Another thing you can do is to heat this over medium/low heat instead of low. However, if you do this, you will want to stir it more frequently and watch it closely so you don’t accidentally burn the sauce. Whether you go with the recipe below or try out these tips for cooking it more quickly, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do and our readers do.
