We’re back from our Magical Memories Girls’ Trip (click the link to see what we were up to!). So it means back to reality and back to making delicious meals for my family. This casserole is perfect for when you want yummy food for your family, but don’t have a lot of time or energy to make it. This recipe is super simple and a recipe everyone is sure to love!

Crock Pot Beefy Burrito Casserole Recipe

Crock Pot Beefy Burrito Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 10.5 oz can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 15 oz can refried beans
- 1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
- tortillas
- your favorite burrito toppings
Instructions
- Brown your ground beef with your onion and garlic and drain
- Mix together your beans and soup first, then add in your ground beef and stir until well combined
- Pour mixture into a slightly greased 4-quart slow cooker
- Top with your shredded cheese
- Cover and cook on low for 1.5 hours, until your cheese is melted
- Serve on tortilla shells with your favorite burrito toppings
