Since we have had so many readers asking for recipes with fewer portions, I thought it was time to convert one of our favorite taco soup recipes.   • 1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup kidney beans, undrained
  • 4.5 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • Garnish: Shredded taco blend cheese and sour cream
