I read you like hearing from folks, and thought its about time I said something. I have been following you for a long time, and your receipes are simply the best. Like normal families eat, not all this super fancy, super expensive things, that in todays world most families cannot afford. My husband passed a few years back and he too, always enjoyed all your dishes when I made them. The flavors of your dishes cannot be beat, and I should say my all time favorite has been the Mississippi Pot Roast and all the other ones that are the same as, just change up the meats used. Fantastic and have shared with everyone I know and they too have loved your dishes. Guess I feel its time to say a warm hearted thank you for all the deliciousness you have added to our lives. Thank you, Barbara
