How to Cook Boiled Potatoes in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
As you may or may not know, Cris and I grew up on a cattle farm in a meat and potatoes family. That means Momma made a ton of potatoes when I was a kid, and she still does. One of my favorite ways she made potatoes was boiled potatoes. It is so simple to make and just has a nostalgic “Momma’s Kitchen” and/or “Gramma’s Kitchen” taste to it. I decided to try it in my crock pot, and boy, did I nail it! I hope you love these Crock Pot Boiled Potatoes as much as we do!
(Sidenote: A special thanks to my oldest child for the beautiful dish in the photos. He made it for me, and I love it!)
