How to Make Cheesy Beefy Rotini in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
My dear readers, this Crock Pot Cheesy Beefy Rotini was a huge hit in my house. My picky eater cleaned her plate without any encouragement from me. My husband, who is usually more into tomato based recipes than cheese based recipes, raved about how delicious this dish tasted. As for me and my son, we devoured our portions. My son loved it so much that he had it for lunch the next day, even though he knew we were having it for dinner later in the day. It is just a wonderful comfort food dish.
(If you would rather have this as a side dish without the ground beef, you can find the original recipe here.)
